The BEST PLACE on EARTH!!

Traverse City, Michigan is the most beautiful place on Planet Earth, and Traverse City real estate is a serious bargain in comparison to virtually anywhere else in America.

There, we said it.

Granted, TEAM MIKE's Mike Annelin and Mike Gaines are both natives of Traverse City. They have both married beautiful, native Traverse City women, and are both experts in the Traverse City real estate market, and so might be a little biased about the value of property in Grand Traverse county. But this place is incredible!!

Traverse City is a great place for families, professionals, retirees, musicians and artists, farmers and fishermen, filmmakers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Traverse City is the cultural, financial, recreational, commercial and industrial center of Northern Michigan, and enjoys a vibrancy one would not expect in a community of this size. With the Northwestern Michigan College, NMC University Center, Great Lakes Maritime Academy, and Interlochen Arts Academy campuses in and around Traverse City, plus the National Cherry Festival and Traverse City Film Festivals (to name just two), Traverse City offers social, intellectual, and cultural experiences secone to none in Northern Michigan.

Traverse City's downtown neighborhoods are full of historical, turn-of-the-twentieth century homes and growing businesses. The Slabtown Neighborhood on Traverse City's west side, the Central and Boardman Neighborhoods surrounding downtown, and the College and Traverse Heights Neighborhoods on the east side, each offer unique settings for in-town living and particular advantages as well.

The gorgeous Old Mission Peninsula is likened to Napa Valley California sitting on a peninsula in the Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan. With its fruit orchards and vineyards straddling the picturesque hillsides, and East and West Bays lapping along the sandy beaches, Old Mission Peninsula real estate is some of the most sought after in all of the Midwest.

Further east you will find East Bay and Acme Townships and the popular Holiday Hills area, complete with its own ski area and extensive recreational trail systems. The Grand Traverse Resort and newly revamped Turtle Creek Casino Resort, both owned and operated by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottowa and Chippewa Indians, offer outstanding gaming and recreational opportunities.
